Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. During high-demand periods, processing may take up to 7 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order ships.

United States Standard shipping (5–8 business days) and expedited shipping (2–3 business days) are available. Rates are calculated at checkout.

Canada Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days after processing. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Canadian customers may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon delivery — these are the responsibility of the recipient.

Europe We ship to select European countries. Estimated delivery is 10–21 business days after processing. International customers are responsible for all import duties, VAT, and customs fees imposed by their country. Lunie Essentials is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Tracking You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to activate.

Lost or Damaged Packages Contact us within 7 days of your expected delivery date at lunieessentials@gmail.com and we'll resolve it with the carrier.
